I’ve been going to Medical Fitness Pros for almost 5 years. I have been in small group training the entire time. I can honestly say that I am stronger now in my 40’s than I was in my 20’s. That is thanks to MFP. In addition to small group training, Jason has done a great job providing a variety of other physical activities; pickle ball, rock climbing outings, and my favorite, Dragon Boat racing. Love MFP!!!
