When I met Jane, she was having a lot of shoulder pain.  After evaluating her I saw that it was a postural issue more than anything else.  I analyzed her form and changed her workout routine so that she could begin activating the correct muscles.  The shoulder pain began to decrease as her program progressed.  We made great progress with her, because of the type of shoulder problem she was having.

Jason is a very good personal trainer in that he specializes the training for each individual and listens to what you tell him. He watches your form to be sure you are doing it correctly. Since I was not an avid workout person, he had to start from the very beginning with me. I had been having some shoulder pain and had been to a surgeon who wanted to operate. Jason was able to discover that I wasn’t using the proper muscles to do regular movements, and lifting weights. It took some time, but he worked with me until I was able to see the difference. It seems almost like a miracle to me since I don’t have the shoulder pain any longer. Turns out I didn’t need surgery after all. Whatever your goals are, Jason can help you achieve them. I would highly recommend him to everyone!
