If you are striving to do your exercises correctly, today’s video tip will be very helpful for you.  In this video, Jason Harley demonstrates the proper way to perform a chest press with a barbell and also with dumbbells.  Many people think that going all the way down to their chest is the best way to do this exercise, however for our clients, going through too much of a range of motion only increases the stress on the shoulder joint.  Take a look at this video, and feel free to comment or ask questions below.
