I’ve encountered numerous people with neck and shoulder tightness the last couple of weeks and I wanted to create a video series explaining what causes the neck to tighten up and some ways to combat it. Today I have the intro video explaining some of the basic, everyday reasons people have neck pain, but throughout this series I will dig deeper in to what is causing the neck pain and how to get some relief.
