It’s all too common to see people with poor posture. Do you have poor posture? What if you aren’t sure if you have poor posture or not. I’m not sure where this came from, but it gives you a great picture description of different types of posture. Which one most accurately describes you?

I don’t know many people that have great posture when they sit at a computer, but there is something you can do about it.
