It’s all too common to see people with poor posture.  Do you have poor posture?  What if you aren’t sure if you have poor posture or not.  I’m not sure where this came from, but it gives you a great picture description of different types of posture.  Which one most accurately describes you?



Now that we described standing posture, let’s take a look at your posture when seated.


I don’t know many people that have great posture when they sit at a computer, but there is something you can do about it.  If you want to improve your posture without getting up from your desk, follow along with this short video and make sure you repeat this movement a few times every day.  Not only will your posture improve, but your neck and shoulders will relax too.
