I’ve encountered so many people with back pain and hip pain recently that I had to make a video about it. If you, or someone you know, is going through this right now, take a look at this post.

It started innocently enough for me.  I started having a little bit of low back pain on February 7th.  Nothing major, but I could tell that I made my back mad.  it started feeling a little better before I took my trip.  I had to sit in a cramped airplaine, sit in a conference room for 2 – 3 days, and then fly back home.  My luggage had horrible wheels on it, so I often had to carry it, but it wasn’t too bad.  I actually felt pretty good when I got home.  Shortly after that, things turned worse.

My lower back really started hurting and then the pain started shifting to my right hip.  i worked on stretching some, and then I sneezed.  When I sneezed it not only irrirtated my hip more, but it also irrittated my back on the other side of the spine.  I’m fortunate enough that I know medical professionals in just about every profession.  I know some of the best general practitioners, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and an osteopath. ( I visited every single professional and will write on that experience in an upcoming article.)  The big criteria I was aiming for was to get through it without medication.  I was suffering some severe hip pain at times, but I made it through without taking medication and can honestly say that I feel really good right now.  In fact, I hiked 9 miles of trails on Saturday and feel better today than I did last week.  How does that sound for doing better?

So since I am now coming out of my pain, and it seems like everyone else is still having pain, I decided to make a little video for you.  Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
