I wanted to lose weight and get in better shape, and decided to try personal training as a “last effort”. As we got started, I found the workouts were a challenge. I was using muscles that I didn’t know I had, I loved it. I felt better, had more energy, and really looked forward to going to the gym. I made myself accountable to Jason and began to see progress really quickly. Over time I could begin to do things I never thought possible, lifting more weights, actually getting my feet off the ground when I jumped (24 INCHES!!!), and I began to have much better balance (thanks to many “one-legged workouts” with Jason).I felt much better, had more energy, moved more easily, was more flexible, and over time lost 20 pounds. ason was always professional, put much thought and preparation into the workouts, and was always ready to give support in any way he could. He does much more than personal training, but takes a personal interest in real life changes for his those people he works with.
