Student athletes get injured all the time.  There are so many generic sports conditioning programs, yet few understand the dynamics of helping an athlete heal so they can get back in the game at 100%.  I’ll never forget helping him get back to playing form.  As a catcher, it was crucial that he could throw someone out at second base, but his shoulder was bothering him too much to get it there.  He was having a lot of shoulder pain and nothing he did seemed to help.  After a few weeks of working with him, he was able to throw out a runner from his knees!
