Cindy Hornbeck is our March Personal Training Testimonial of the Month.  She lost over 75 lbs since she had her 3rd child and she has some great advice for Katy moms.  It’s not an easy thing to take care of 3 kids and also focus on your health.  Many parents gain weight while they are raising their kids, but Cindy has been able to focus on her health and lose a staggering 75 lbs.  When you see the amazing transformation she has made, you can’t help but be inspired.

So how did Cindy do it?  How does someone lose 75 lbs while raising 3 kids at the same time?  Throughout her video (below) you will hear her talk about several things she has done to help her lose the weight once and for all.  She has been a part of our Group Training class, followed a healthy nutrition plan, and participated in our group Fitness Outings.  I’ll let her explain a little more in the videos how those have helped her stay on track along her weight loss journey.

Also in the video Cindy and Jason Harley (her personal trainer) will explain her workout routine inside and outside the gym, the type of nutrition program she eats, how consistent she is with her nutrition program, and some of the struggles she has trying to get in shape.
