I really try to find a way to help everyone that I meet. i think about it constantly. I really do believe in people being able to make changes to their life and get healthy. And yes, that includes you. So I’ve been doing some brainstorming, and here is what I have come up with.
I remember when I first started trying to get in shape, I had no idea what to do. The thought of changing all of my bad eating habits was pretty overwhelming. I knew I should improve, and I knew I could improve, but where should I start?
