I was recently published in absolutely! Magazine for an article I wrote entitled, “When the Workout Doesn’t Fit”. In the article I discuss how not every workout you see is appropriate for you. That may seem obvious to many of you, but for those with back pain, knee pain, and shoulder pain, many times they feel it is their own fault they can’t do a particular exercise program. The reality is, not all workouts work of every body.
