Weight Loss Results Using Interval Training

If you are using cardiovascular exercise to lose weight, but you don’t think it’s working….you are probably right.

It happens all the time throughout gyms and in neighborhoods.  People decide to start doing cardiovascular activity to lose weight.  But after a few weeks, they begin to notice something.  The results they were enjoying at first, start decreasing to the point where they are no longer happening.  But what happened?  You are still exercising!  Well, it may be the type of cardiovascular exercise you are doing.  Here is a short video on the benefits of something called interval training.

It’s very true that interval based cardiovascular programs can make a big difference in your weight loss goals.  However, the biggest problem with interval training on a treadmill has to do with trying to change the speed back and forth.  Take a look at this video I made a while back that explains how to change the speed of your treadmill with just 1 touch of the button.

If you are using cardiovascular training to achieve results, it may be time to make a change into interval training.  You will love the difference it makes.
