Using Nutrition to Lose Weight
It’s no secret that nutrition is the biggest key to weight loss. It is estimated that 70-80% of your results come from your dietary habits alone. If you are trying to lose weight, it is crucial that you are on a healthy eating plan. Odds are, you know that you should eat healthier, and you probably have a pretty good idea what a healthy diet should include. There is also a very good chance that you are not following a healthy eating plan though. So what should you do?
Small Group Nutrition Classes
We will host a series of discussions by Jill Sechi, MS, RD, LD, covering a variety of topics to help you lose weight with your nutrition. Jill’s goal is to help you develop healthy eating habits through a non-diet approach to weight management and the belief that all food can fit in a balanced meal plan.
Each week will cover a new topic:

- Healthy Eating
- Portion Distortion
- and more to come…..
The cost for each 45 minute course is just $40 and will be taught in a small, private, group setting.
