Medical Exercise for Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome when it’s Safe
Here at Medical Fitness Pros, we specialize in working with clients with PFPS or patellofemoral pain syndrome. It’s basically a condition that you identify as pain under your knee cap, and there’s a variety of different reasons for why it occurs, depending on what your diagnosis is, but the key element is the trying to get to where you can reduce the knee pain. You Don’t Have to Stay in Pain
Now, we’ve seen some – depending on how long it’s been going for – we’ve seen some really quick releases from pain, and those that have been walking on it for a long time and pushing it for a long time, obviously the recovery is a little bit longer, but it’s amazing how many people have knee pain that don’t have to have knee pain. There’s some simple fixes you can do to release the muscles that are tight, re-stabilize that joint, and get some relief from the pain.
