Nearly 26 million Americans have Diabetes and 67 million have Hypertension. Those numbers are increasing, but studies have shown that, in addition to a healthy diet and routine medical care, 30 – 60 minutes of regularly scheduled, moderate exercise can help control and lower the risk of complications from diabetes and hypertension.

- Health and Musculoskeletal screening (normally $100)
- Fitness Report Card
- Six, 90-minute sessions (15-20 minutes educational presentation on managing your condition through exercise and healthy living, and 75 minutes of circuit based, Diabetes and Hypertension specific group exercise)
- Workshop manual
- Personalized, independent exercise program
Diabetes and Hypertension Program Costs
The full program is $360 Total for all visits over a 4-week period of time. Each class is built off the education of the previous class. When you enroll, be prepared to attend every class.
