Conveniently located in Cinco Ranch, our facility is a 4,000 square foot gym: Small enough that you will feel comfortable, yet large enough that you will have access to all of the equipment that you need. In a very short time, you will get to know our entire staff, as well as the rest of our clients. We have a special area just for socializing with other members and staff, with water and coffee provided. Yes, you can actually enjoy going to the gym!
Our gym is also available to you when you are not working with your personal trainer, so that you can work on your cardiovascular exercise in a clean, cool environment, or practice some of the strength training exercises that you learned earlier in the week. The gym will feel like home to you, and we love that! If you have had a difficult time trying to find the right place to “fit in,” take the time to tour our facility.
