I know that the end of the year is the hardest time to get a workout in, so I want to provide a little motivation for the community. We are running a little exercise contest to see who can stay the most focused on finding time to fit in their exercise. The beauty of this contest is, I don’t care what kind of activity you are doing. You can do cardio, weight training, or even play frisbee. I just want you to find a way to move. Sounds simple enough, right? So here are some more details.
How do I enter?
To enter, you need to contact me (you can now register on our Facebook Page) before Tuesday, November 22nd, and ask me for an invitation. I will then send you a special link that will allow you to enter our contest. You will get full details of how to enter and how to log your exercise sessions. There is a little bit of computer know-how necessary for this, but you can ask a friend or family member to help you if you need it.
What do I do?
That part is easy. Just move! Find ways to move. Add a friend or family member to do it with you. I don’t care if you do an aerobics class, play tennis, lift weights, play frisbee, or play catch with your dog. The key is to find ways to keep active and then log it. Simple as that. Sound good?
What can I win?
The thrill of winning the contest and staying in shape throughout the holidays isn’t enough? I was afraid of that…so let’s make it a little better for you. For one, it will depend on our participation, but we plan on awarding free personal training services to several people.
