Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Graham Knight, spearheads this specialized Golf Fitness Program.
Designed around perfecting your golf swing motion, strengthening core areas, and focusing on proper alignment of shoulders, hips and head so that your golf prowess improves significantly.
Graham is a master when it comes to pinpointing small tweaks that will make a huge difference in the accuracy of your putting and the distance of your shots. His golf program is tailored specifically to your particular needs and he is committed to helping you gain muscular endurance and lowering your golf handicap. It’s a combination of fitness and golf that will absolutely delight you!
Our golf fitness program is a great way to learn golf specific exercises in a fun, social environment. Improve your golf game by improving your endurance, accuracy, and distance to lower your handicap and be an overall more consistent golfer. Meet and interact with other golf lovers and have fun getting fit!
8 weeks of intense, fun, targeted golf fitness training. 2X per week in small groups of 4-6 people. Throughout the program the intensity will increase from week to week.The last session will be at a local golf course where all groups will play a fun round of golf and show off their prowess! Special awards and surprises will be given! Further details about the golf day will be available during your training sessions.
Cost: $640 per participant ($40/session). Earlybird Special: $520 Before Dec. 15th, 2017
