Francisco Zalles has an amazing success story. When he first came to me he had severe back pain and was struggling to even walk. It’s a sensitive time and you have to be very careful with a client’s program when they are dealing with extreme back pain. The back pain program must use a combination of flexibility, strength training, core strengthening, and cardiovascular endurance. As Francisco continued to get stronger and feel better, he was able to excel more athletically. That led him to accomplish some physical goals he had never done before in his life.
