If you missed our first Team Up Training event, Dragon Boat Racing, take a look at this video.  This takes you through our experience the day of our competition.  It was quite an eventful day!

Our first adventure for Team Up Training was dragon boat racing at the 6th Annual Gulf Coast International Dragon Boat Regatta in Sugar Land, TX.  If you weren’t there, take a look at what you missed.
