Applying Fitness Results

It’s one thing to work out to get in shape, but it’s a whole new thing applying those results.  Take a look at the video from the 9 mile hike Medical Fitness Pros’ clients took through McKinney Roughs.

On Saturday, April 3rd, myself and several clients went on a hike through McKinney Roughs.  We hiked about 9 miles in total through the trees and up and down hills.  We all had a great time!  I think it’s great when people want to work out and get in shape, but I believe it’s things like this that make it all worthwhile.  Many of the people in this video have overcome things such as ankle pain, hip pain, knee pain, and back pain.  Amazing things are possible when you have a fitness program that helps you strengthen your weaknesses and then apply those results in a fun adventure.
