There are a few people in the fitness industry that I associate myself with and many more that I will not. One of the people I am proud to be associated with is my nutritionist, Heather Reichert. She designs my nutrition programs for me to make sure my nutrition is exactly where it needs to be based on my personal goals. It’s always good to have someone else to depend on, and she has been wonderful for myself, as well as my clients.
I’m pleased to announce that we are having a seminar on June 30th from 7-8 PM at the Seven Meadows Residents Club. The title of this seminar is “Weighting to Downsize” and if you are trying to lose weight, you will not want to miss this.

Another topic that will be discussed is why nutrition plays such an important role in an effective exercise/fitness program. You may not know this, but what you eat will make a big difference in your workouts.
