With over 13 years of experience as a fitness professional, Jason Hodge’s main focus is to make Katy a healthier community. He serves on numerous committees and writes fitness articles for local magazines. Jason has many educational accomplishments, but he feels his greatest asset is his concern for others. Jason recalls”I first got into personal training after watching my dad suffer from chronic back pain. I began exercising as a way to make myself healthier and my body stronger.” To Jason, what he does is not a job. It’s an opportunity to reach out and help those around him live their life to its fullest.
