I’ve lost track of how many people have told me they have either stayed the same weight or even gained weight during the contest. So if this is you, you aren’t alone. I know what you’re thinking…what’s the point? Why would I keep going when it’s obvious I won’t win the competition? I have two good reasons for you.
#1 For everyone that comes in to the weigh-in on March 1st (you’ve already gotten an e-mail that confirms your appointed time) you will have a chance to win a free month of fitness services. Think about this, those that have already lost weight will have a hard time maintaining their weight loss results. So if you either gained weight or haven’t lost any weight, if you can get results between the 2nd and 3rd weigh-in, you can still win a great prize.
#2 You entered this contest because you really wanted to make a change in your body. And if you aren’t going to do it now, then when are you going to do it? This is a time in your life when you are getting advice, have access to ask personal trainers for help, and do this with over 120 other people throughout the Katy/Houston area. To give up now because of a bad month just doesn’t make sense. You could easily win a month of fitness services that could potentially propel you to a life of change.
