Business, Corporations, and Industries are always talking about the previous year. What went well, what went bad, and what could be improved. I wanted to do something different for everyone. 2009 was Medical Fitness Pros' first full year and to celebrate, we wanted to take you through our year. The times you were with us or showing you some of the things you missed. In this video, we want to show you how we stand out from the others in the area.
It's one thing to be a personal trainer, but it's another to give back to the community. Medical Fitness Pros strived to do more than others. Whether it is running the Health and Wellness Committee for the Katy Chamber of Commerce or writing articles for the local magazines, we feel that it is important to give back. Take a look at the many things we have done both locally and globally in 2009. I know you will enjoy it.
P.S. It's not a short video, but it's only because we did so many things over the last year. Just wait until you see the 2010 video.
Oh, and if you aren't a member of our newsletter yet, what are you waiting for? Don't miss the tips, articles, and videos we are going to give you in 2010!

Re: Medical Fitness Pros Year in Review Jason,
I consider you a true gift and I am so grateful for you. I had almost given into the fact that I would live with daily back pain for the rest of my life. Then I met you and completely agreed with your philosophy and knew you were the one to help me regain my health. Not only am I pain free, I am doing something I never thought I could do again, I'm running! Which I have missed so much. Thank You So So Much. Merry Christmas, Kay By Kay Arny on

Re: Medical Fitness Pros Year in Review Thank you Kay. You have done amazing and I am so proud of all you've accomplished. It hasn't been an easy road, but I'm so glad you are finally able to return to the level of fitness you were accustomed to. By Jason Hodge on
