Personally, I love natural peanut butter.  You know the kind with the oil on top?  It's actually the best kind for you, but trying to mix it up is almost impossible.  I've tried everything.  Using spoons, knives, forks....anything just to mix it up.  Now I didn't go so far as to purchase the natural peanut butter hand mixer, because I need to keep a little bit of dignity.  I just can't imagine mixing up my peanut butter with one of those things and having someone walk into the room when I was doing it.  I'm labeled as a little strange already because I count out my almonds, grapes, and carrots and weigh the rest of my food.  So what can you do?

Well, Heather Reichert, who developed the nutrition plan that I am on, gave me an excellent tip the other day to save some time and sanity!  Are you ready for this?  It is so easy!

Step #1: Remove all of the peanut butter and oil and place it in a bowl.

Step #2: Mix it all together with a spoon.

Step #3: Put it all back in the jar.

It really doesn't get any easier than that.  It stays creamy too!  I've done it twice now, and it is the smoothest I have ever made it.  So if you haven't tried natural peanut butter because it looks gross or it's too hard to mix, try this trick.  It will save you a ton or time and trouble.

If you are trying to get in shape, we are having a special seminar on Monday, September 21st from 7-8:30 PM.  Heather will be there to share some great nutrition tips, Janine Godwin (of Nooks and Crannies) will be there to tell you how to organize your kitchen to lose weight, and I will share with you how to get great workouts in your home without spending a lot of money on big, bulky equipment!  You will not want to miss this.  Register now for the Eat Right, Exercise, and Organize for a Healthier You Seminar.
