Recently the Katy Summer Slimdown Contest Challenge was highlighted on the Houston Chronicle website.  Watch 3 participants tell their story and share their photos about the contest and what it means to them.

I'm very impressed with how open they have been with their journey and I hope it inspires you to get motivated as well.  They are going through the same challenges you are.  They have busy schedules, struggle with the same challenges, and have to travel and watch their weight at the same time.
