I get asked questions about workout routines a lot.  Many people just don't know what they should do, and let's face it, many of us don't have time for a long workout.  We want something fast that will work all of our body parts and we want to go on with our day.  So I designed a workout that involves a stability ball, 2 dumbbells and just a little bit of floor space.  In this video you can expect to get an entire, total body workout, without having to standup one time.  You just use your stability ball, follow the directions, and you will be done.

Some additional information:

You should do 1-3 sets of 8 - 20 repetitions.  If you are trying to build more muscle, you will lose a heavier weight for less repititions.  There is no reason to rest with this workout.  You should be able to complete the whole workout in less than 20 minutes.  And while this routine is a great workout, you want to make sure you change your routine at least once a month.  Enjoy the video and please comment below.

Great work-out demo Jason, just what I needed to know with regards to adding a short at home weight routine to my existing exercise program. I have a ball and 8 lb hand weights but never really knew where to get started with a routine work-out using them. You are always a great educational resource and I enjoy your web site.
Thanks !!
