Medical Fitness Pros and Compusolutionx sponsored this year's Katy Slimdown Challenge.  We were extremely happy to see Darrin and Lorie Yu win the Slimdown Challenge by losing a combined 67 pounds!  See the before and after photos and hear them explain how they lost the weight.

I have to admit, I was very surprised when I saw who won the second phase of the Katy Slimdown Challenge.  For the first time, we have a husband and wife who won!  I'm very happy for the two of them!

I’ve lost track of how many people have told me they have either stayed the same weight or even gained weight during the contest.  So if this is you, you aren’t alone.  I know what you’re thinking…what’s the point?  Why would I keep going when it’s obvious I won’t win the competition?  I have two good reasons for you.

Sometimes things don't go as planned.  You think you are doing everything right, but when you look at the results, they just didn't turn out like you expected.  I want to share a quick story with you and offer some advice.

You should not be starving to lose weight!  Learn how to eat to lose.
